The owners of the property wished to create a new beach area east of the existing beach and along what was a rocky shoreline. A beach cove to provide additional sun bathing and wading areas was desired.

Solution
This was a design/build project. It includes the design of breakwaters, a gazebo, deck, beach nourishment, environmental impact assessment and construction. It was completed on time and within budget.
