Design and Construction of Marina and Beach at Luxury Resort

The new South Bank neighborhood in Turks and Caicos is a managed residential resort and marina destination with a rich blend of 1-6 bedroom homes. It features waterfront access and dedicated amenities and services. Spanning 31 acres of stunning oceanfront, South Bank features the island’s first ocean swimming lagoon. Smith Warner International designed the inshore marina and a swimming lagoon with nourished beaches surrounding it and two islands with smaller sandy beaches for lounging. Construction was done through our JV company CoastalDB. Grace Bay Resorts manages this luxury property. For more information: www.livesouthbank.com
