Strategic Partnering

While our design and construction base traditionally has been in and around the sea, we are contracted with increasing frequency for civil works projects inland and for coastal construction works outside of our home base in Jamaica.

In 2015, we formed Coastal Marine Design Build (trading as COASTAL), a joint venture partnership between Smith Warner International and CMS, two regional companies known for our ability to deliver cost-effective, innovative and environmentally positive solutions in Coastal Engineering Design and Marine Construction across the Caribbean. COASTAL is strategically located in the Northern and Eastern Caribbean with bases in the Turks and Caicos and St. Lucia.
